HHS: 2014 ACA Enrollment Period Pushed Back One Month

The Obama Administration announced today that “the second-year start of Obamacare enrollment will be pushed back by one month to give health insurers more time to prepare new plans and rates.”

Enrollment was originally scheduled to begin Oct. 15, 2014, but it “will now start Nov. 15.”

One source says that change is intended to “allow insurers more time to set rates after assessing their plan experiences during 2014.
