The Washington Post<\/a>\u00a0is reporting that \u201croughly 22,000 people\u201d who \u201cdiscovered\u201d that HealthCare.gov \u201ccharged them too much for health insurance, steered them into the wrong insurance program or denied them coverage entirely\u201d.<\/p>\nThese people are now realizing that \u201cthe government cannot yet fix the errors.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Post reports that their \u201cappeals are sitting, untouched, inside a government computer,\u201d and \u201can unknown number of consumers who are trying to get help through less formal means…are told that HealthCare.gov\u2019s computer system is not yet allowing federal workers to go into enrollment records and change them.\u201d<\/p>\n
