- Nampa: 9 am – 2 pm, Dec. 6. Saint Alphonsus Medical Center-Nampa, 1512 12th Ave. Rd.
- Boise: 9 am – 2 pm, Dec. 6. Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, 1055 N. Curtis Rd.
The enrollment period opens Nov. 15 for 2015 health-insurance plans.
