About 115,000 people have not provided paperwork to resolve discrepancies between their citizenship or immigration status for continued Obamacare benefits.
Individuals must be legal U.S. residents to purchase federal insurance coverage.
There were about 966,000 people with these discrepancies as of May. 310,000 remained in August.
Those enrollees who do not provide documentation by Sept. 30 will have their coverage terminated.
